Remember to place your order from ( by Wednesday night at 10 p.m.  Your health promoting food will be ready for pickup (or delivery) anytime after Noon on Sunday. Below are some of this week’s TNHK featured items:

Ingredients: Potatoes, tofu, green onions, curry powder, onions, garlic, shallots, celery, thyme, no-salt seasoning and vegetable broth.
