WHAT WILL “BIG BROTHER DOCTOR” ASK YOU NEXT?

What Will Your Doctor Ask You Next?

***

This came through an email list. Very interesting. At doctor visits they are now supposedly asking people if they own a gun! If true, it’s getting really pathetic out there. All the more reason to avoid the medical system as much as possible & learn to be your own doctor.

Don’t know if it is true, but I would not doubt it!!! – Sam

When I had my gangrene gallbladder taken out and spent 10 days in the hospital for what should have been an overnight stay the insurance company kicked me out. I had home nurse visits for two weeks and was asked if I had guns in the house. I respond that if I did I would not tell them. So the below has some merit.  FYI, I am passing this along…there are comments from two other people.

I have also been asked if we keep guns in the house. The nurse just kinda slipped it in along with all the other regular questions. I told her I refused to answer because it was against the law to ask. Everyone, whether you have guns or not, should give a neutral answer so they have no idea who does and who doesn’t.

My doctor asked me if I had guns in my house and also if any were loaded. I, of course, answered yes to both questions. Then he asked why I kept a loaded gun close to my bed. I answered that my son, who is a certified gun instructor and also works for Homeland Security, advised me that an unloaded, locked up gun is no protection against criminal attack. The Government now requires these questions be asked of people on Medicare, and probably everyone else.

Just passing this along for your information: I had to visit a doctor other than my regular doctor when my doctor was on vacation. One of the questions on the form I had to fill out was: Do you have any guns in your house? My answer was None of your damn business! So it is out there! It is either an insurance issue or government intervention. Either way, it is out there and the second the government gets into your medical records (as they want to under Obamacare) it will become a major issue and will ultimately result in lock and load!! Please pass this on to all the other retired guys and gun owners…

Thanks, from a Vietnam Vet and retired Police Officer: I had a doctors appointment at the local VA clinic yesterday and found out something very interesting that I would like to pass along. While going through triage before seeing the doctor, I was asked at the end of the exam, three questions:
1. Did I feel stressed?
2. Did I feel threatened?
3. Did I feel like doing harm to someone?

The nurse then informed me, that if I had answered yes to any of the questions, I would have lost my concealed carry permit as it would have gone into my medical records and the VA would have reported it to Homeland Security. Looks like they are going after the vets first. Other gun people like retired law enforcement will probably be next. Then when they go after the civilians, what argument will they have? Be forewarned and be aware. The Barack Hussein Obama administration has gone on record as considering veterans and gun owners potential terrorists. Whether you are a gun owner, veteran or not, YOU”VE BEEN WARNED! If you know veterans and gun owners, please pass this on to them.

Be very cautious about what you say and to whom.

End Email Quote.

HOT UPDATE 10-MONTHS LATER!!  NEW INFO 2/22/13:

Early this morning, Friday, 2/22/13, I saw this, below, shocking post at another blog that seems like an eery fulfillment of the above dire nosey-doctor warnings from that email a year ago, especially regarding Veterans.

Now, I am not a Veteran, nor a gun owner.  What I am is a puny older female too old to become a marksman/markswoman :) & have never even known anyone who goes to VA Clinics.  However, I have had dealings with SSA/SSD, & as far as I’m concerned it’s all the same.  That’s why this VA letter is so chillingly creepy because they claim “info they received” is what prompted them to take this action against this Veteran.  So, as the above email said at the end:

Be very cautious about what you say and to whom.

Exactly.  Veteran/gun-owner or not, if you are awake to the tyranny, you should go read this post:

2/22/13:  “Obama Regime Prohibits Veterans with “Disabilities” from Owning Firearms and Ammunition” – Fellowship of the Minds:
http://fellowshipofminds.wordpress.com/2013/02/22/obama-regime-prohibits-some-veterans-from-owning-firearms-and-ammunition/

The especially creepy part, to me, was this:

We have received information showing that because of your disabilities you may need help in handling your Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits.
[…]
We received a report from Portland VA Medical Center on December 3, 2012.

This evidence indicates that you are not able to handle your VA benefit payments because of a physical or mental condition.

Per the Veteran account in the email at the top from April 2012, the current guy may have admitted to his doctors/nurses of being “stressed.”  (“Stressed” is a loaded word when Commies are in charge of the hen house.  Never admit to being anything less than “Just Fine!”.)

I can envision the scenario:  Vet goes to VA Clinic for regular appointment.  Nosey-Nurse, now trained in Psychological Warfare Seminars via Continuing Education Credits sponsored by DHS/FEMA (“How To Determine an Agitated Patient Without Their Knowledge”), sets up the Vet with “small talk” by saying:

Hello Mr. Doe, so nice to see you again. But you look a little flushed.  Are you feeling stressed today?

John Doe:  Oh, just a little, Nurse-Nosey.  The traffic getting over here today was a BEAR!

RED ALERT!  RED ALERT!  PATIENT GETS EASILY STRESSED!

And how did you handle that, sir?

John Doe:  Well, Nurse-Nosey, I blew my car horn, of course, to get the traffic rolling.

DOUBLE RED ALERT!  DOUBLE RED ALERT!  PATIENT GETS EASILY STRESSRD BY MUNDANE EVERYDAY ACTIVITIES — AND — LOSES COMPLETE CONTROL OF HIMSELF!!!

And so it goes.  John Doe is now classified & documented in his VA medical records as being an unstable stressed loon without self-control & completely unable to manage his DIRECT-DEPOSITED VA benefits (like, how hard is that, lol?!), much less own or keep his gun.  Afterall, he may confuse his gun with his car horn next time & “blow” a fellow motorist to smithereens! (read: sarcasm there).

Seriously, besides the “You cannot have a gun” portion of the 3-page VA letter, fully included at the above blog, the most ominous is that they want to put someone ELSE in charge of handling your VA Benefits/money!!  One way for the Government to keep anybody from buying anything they don’t want you to have is to declare you physically or mentally incompetent so that THEY can then play “Guardian” of your benefits, doling out, approving or disapproving & tracking every expenditure!

Will they pull this stunt with SSA &/or SSD recipients next?  Check back next year & we’ll see!

In the meantime, remember the Lord’s advice:

“Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless [innocent] as doves.” — Matthew 10:16.

When dealing with tyrannanical tactics — even now in the medical arena — we don’t lie, but we don’t have to fall all over ourselves to spill out every last detail of our lives either:

–Think first.  Reply later.

–Don’t be intimidated.

–Don’t assume you HAVE TO answer anything!  (What’s the worst they can do to you?  Fire you as a patient?  Good, then!  Go find a more sane doctor!)

–The fewer words spoken (or written in their paperwork), all the better, in all governmental (& now medical) interactions.

–Better yet, avoid all such interactions, period, to the best of your ability.

–All medical people start out brainwashed by virtue of their Rockefeller-funded Oil=Drugs training.  Until they each wake up, consider them NOT to have “your best interests at heart.”

–Stop thinking you “need them” (doctors & their drugs & insurance companies, etc.) & you’ve won half the battle (it starts in the mind!)

–Don’t train your kids to think they “need them” either.  Do not drug your kids! (& don’t let the schools do it either!)  If you or your kid has a problem, it’s your job to figure it out.  Start in the kitchen (diet), then the “family room” (computers, raunchy video games, TV, music, etc.), then household “radiation” via wifi, dirty-electricity, cell-towers, & every other modern wireless gadget or appliance, etc.  Don’t run to the so-called “experts” first.

–Especially now with massive governmental & medical computerized databasing!  Stay out of their records by staying away from them, period, & then how much will they know about your life?  Minimize contact!  (I don’t even like dentists anymore, much less doctors, because of how their practices have changed for the worse in the past 15-20 years.)

–Ten years ago I had the pleasure to meet a Christian counselor (PhD).  When he just sat there with no pen in hand I asked him, “Aren’t you going to take notes?”  His reply, “NOPE!”  He went on to explain that he had already learned the hard way how detrimental “written patient records” could be if there were ever any future court cases where “discovery” would be demanded.  So how about that!  No hardcopy.  No “discovery.”  Very smart.  That’s a guy following the Lord’s advice to be “wise as a serpent” in this era of wolves!

–And who says you need a “check-up every year” anyway? (or a “flu shot”!)  THEY do because it’s THEIR racket! built for the purpose of ensnaring you into a lifetime of “doctor visits” & a “drugging mentality”; & now, no longer just for the money but also to profile you, your body & mind, to determine whether or not you will make a “good, working, lifelong subservient slave” for the NWO.

–If you must see a doctor/dentist/professional, etc., make it a worthwhile “educational” visit, for THEM, not you.  :)  Print out a sheet of quotes re Freemasonry & ask the doc if he is a Mason (most are) & knows about the NWO?  If yes, what degree?(If lower degree, have at it!  If 33rd & above, tread carefully depending on his level of duped-ness or involvement.)  Either way, yay or nay, give him the Quotes sheet before leaving as he probably knows someone who is a Mason if he is not, & help wake up one more deceived soul.  Here’s a few quotes to get you started:

LOL at this next cartoon which showed up while searching for a “doctors & guns” photo to use at the top. This might be a good reason to avoid the “psychological & psychiatric” arm of Big Brother/Big Medicine:

That is just too funny. Crack me up… though it may be more true than not under the currently developing ObamaCare Nazi-Doctors Regime.

    UPDATE re NOSEY DOCTORS & GUNS

    Just saw this in an email list that was dated late May 2013.  I don’t know if this “Marine’s” encounter with a lady doctor is true or not, but it includes a section & official links of the ObamaCare law that says doctors CANNOT ask nosey questions about guns (scroll down to BOLD section).  The “story” is funny so I’ll leave it all in though it sounds “too good to be true,” so just copy & save the pertinent “legal” section & verify the info/links, print & save to hand to the next nosey doctor you may encounter.

    My Medical Appointment

    I visited a physician last week who was quite enthusiastic. It was a “new” doctor in the practice, a young lady (at MY age, EVERYBODY is “young”! When I was born, the Dead Sea wasn’t even sick!)

    She was obviously a liberal by her dress and manner. I was thinking of hitting on her, but I didn’t like her comment… “You remind me of my grandfather.”

    She asked me what was wrong, and I replied, “I have a cut on my leg; and I think it may be getting infected.”

    She said, “Before we start, I have to ask you a few questions. Are you allergic to any medications?”

    I replied, “No.”

    She said, “Do you have any guns in the house?”

    I said, “HUH??”

    She replied, “Guns. Do you have any guns in the house?”

    I asked, “Why?”

    She said, “I’ve got to ask this question. It is required under the Affordable Care Act.”

    I asked, “What are you going to do with the data?”

    She said, “We compile it, amalgamate it, and submit it to the government.”

    I said, “Well, I have a Tommy Gun. I let my kid Tommy play with it.”

    She said, “What’s a Tommy Gun? I don‘t think that is the kind of gun they are concerned with.”

    With THAT, I knew I had a live one. I said, “It’s similar to a B.A.R., but a little heavier and shorter. I have a B.A.R. also.”

    She said, “A B.A.R.?”

    I said, “Yes.”

    She looked puzzled. Then she brightened up and asked, “Do you have any assault rifles?”

    I attempted to look puzzled, and said, “I don’t know. What is an assault rifle?”

    She said, “That’s a gun that is used in wars.”  (According to Dianne Feinstein’s definition)

    I said, “As a matter of fact, I do. I have a replica of a Revolutionary War musket.”

    She began to look a bit exasperated. I pretended not to notice and kept up the appearance of trying to be helpful.

    She said, “Do you have anything more modern than that?”

    I replied, “Well, yes I do. I have a replica muzzle loader from the Civil War. Do you know the difference between a musket and a muzzle loader?”

    She rather peevishly said, “No, I don’t; and I don’t want to. What else do you have?”

    I said, “I have an M-1.”

    She asked, “What’s that?”

    I said, “A rifle.”

    She asked, “What kind?”

    I replied, “It is called a Garand.”

    She rather loudly said, “I don’t care if it is a grand rifle or not. Is it an assault rifle?”

    To which I replied, “I don’t know. I don’t know what an assault rifle is. You say it’s a rifle used in war, yet you say that my musket and muzzle loader are not assault rifles.”

    She calmed down (a bit) and asked, “Anything else?”

    I said, “I have an MG-.30, and an MG-.50. I‘m also part owner of an Apache. But they are not rifles.”

    She stated, “Well, then, I’m not interested in them. Anything else.”

    I replied, “Well, yes. I also have a 12-gauge and a 20-gauge pump. They are not rifled though.”

    She said, “I’m not interested in pumps; I’m interested in guns.”

    I replied, “Well, then, I have a Colt, a Luger, a Glock, a bazooka, a Parabellum, a Kalishnikov, a Henry, an Uzi, a Llama, and a Beretta–but they are not rifles.”

    She then said, “I’ve had enough of this. I think you’re toying with me. Let me see your leg.”

    I then said, “Excuse me, but before you look at my leg, I have a few questions to ask of you.”

    She replied, “Of course. What are they?”

    I said, “I have given you a lot of information about my guns. I am somewhat concerned about your knowledge and ability to assimilate, make coherent sense of that information, and report it correctly. Do you know the difference between a .22 caliber and a .223 caliber? It’s a rather fundamental difference.”

    She replied, “Actually, I don’t.”

    I said, “I see. Let me ask some more relevant questions. “How much money do you make?”

    She said, “That’s personal, why do you ask?”

    I said, “Well, in pushing the Health Care Act, my president cautioned the population about doctors that would amputate a leg rather than treat a cut because they make more money that way. Consequently, I wish to know if you are financially troubled. What kind of car do you drive? What are your house payments? How much is your mortgage? How much credit card debt do you have? Do you have a student loan; if so, how much?”

    She said, “I’m not going to answer those questions. You have no right to ask them.”

    I then asked, “Do you have training and education in homeopathic techniques? Do you know the benefits/effects of CoQ10, ginseng, fish oil, Creatine, BCAA, and other such herbal treatments?” Do you know the difference between Panax ginseng, American ginseng, and Siberian ginseng?”

    She replied, “Well, No!”

    I then asked, ”Well, have you studied it at all?”

    She replied rather defensively, “NO; it’s all a bunch of hogwash anyway!”

    I said, “Oh, then you have read the research on it. What have you read?”

    She then said, “I don’t waste my time reading such things. Why are you asking me these questions?”

    I said, “Well, if I’m going to turn my body over to you for treatment, I believe it is reasonable for me to know something about your motivation, training, experience, and competence. Do you know anything about the practice of holistic medicine?”

    She said, rather angrily “No, I don’t!”

    I said, “Oh. O.K. How much experience do you have in practicing medicine?”

    She replied, “Well, not very much.”

    To which I said, “Well, we all have to start somewhere. What medical school did you go to; what is its rank in terms of other medical schools; where did you intern; and where did you do your residency? What is the rank of the hospital where you did your internship and residency?”

    She rather peevishly said, “All my credentials are posted in the waiting room.”, to which I said, “Really? The rank of your medical school is posted in the waiting room? Do you have any experience with leg injuries? If so, how much?”

    I guess that was too much for her. She rather crossly said, “I think it would be best if you saw a different doctor.” …and started to leave the room.

    I said, “You know, doctor. You asked me irrelevant questions about my guns, and I answered them. Whether or not I own guns is really none of your business and has absolutely nothing to do with any treatment you might prescribe. On the other hand, I ask you questions quite relevant to my situation, and you refuse to answer them. Isn’t that somewhat backwards?”

    She said, “But I HAVE to ask those questions. It’s the law.” to which I replied,

    “Actually, it is NOT the law. Here is what the law states–taken directly from the Affordable Care Act:

    (1) WELLNESS AND PREVENTION PROGRAMS.—A wellness and health promotion activity implemented under subsection (a) (1) (D) may not require the disclosure or collection of any information relating to—

    (A) the presence or storage of a lawfully-possessed firearm or ammunition in the residence or on the property of an individual; or

    (B) the lawful use, possession, or storage of a firearm or ammunition by an individual.

    (2) LIMITATION ON DATA COLLECTION.—None of the authorities provided to the Secretary under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act or an amendment made by that Act shall be construed to authorize or may be used for the collection of any information relating to—

    (A) the lawful ownership or possession of a firearm or ammunition;

    (B) the lawful use of a firearm or ammunition; or

    (C) the lawful storage of a firearm or ammunition.

    “As you can see, you have broken federal law TWICE–once by asking, and once by collecting data.  It is perfectly legal for me to own guns; it is NOT legal for you to ask and/or collect such data. YOU are breaking the law, and yet YOU are the one that is angry. Not only that, but you erroneously stated that you must ask such questions, and you did it in a very authoritative and convincing manner.
    You gave me false information, which I then acted upon by answering your questions. On that basis, how can I be expected to trust your medical judgment?

    “When I attempted to ascertain your medical competency, you became defensive and hostile.

    What is odd is that “Marty” did not tell us the best part, ie, what did the Doc say AFTER he told her SHE had broken the law TWICE?!

    I don’t necessarily trust “emailed stories” that get forwarded around the net, & I did not check Snopes, who I don’t trust either.  The Commies probably write these stories & then provide their anti-thesis/Snopes to discount them all, all for the purpose of keeping people riled up & excited, to “wear out the saints,” a Biblically stated goal of the Anti-Christ & of the evil document, The Protocols of Zion, a mental/emotional “cat & mouse game.”

    So keep your emotions re all this stuff on an even keel & consider/verify the info!

    This could be a big problem with many military retired and disabled people. If you have been to the doctor/hospital lately I’m sure you have filled out a form or been asked the following questions:

    –Are you worried about anything?
    –Do you have very bad headaches?
    –Have you been treated for PTSD?

    Yes to any of the questions, gives you a chance of being on a list for not receiving a CHL in several states now. So this was thought out some time ago and we are already being monitored by the medical establishment.

    [Interesting re SSA Offices. A few years ago when DHS was ordering the “billions of bullets,” later reports named other Fed agencies stocking up on bullets as well, one being SSA Offices. But I didn’t know they were turning them into “fortresses.”]

    And herein lies the reason why even the conservatives crying out for more government involvement in screening gun buyers for mental health issues are going to get far more than they realize. Once you give the government the right to determine gun ownership based on mental health, you also give them the power to define mental health.

    …IF you have guns and have EVER been diagnosed with depression or taken SSRIs hide the **** out of your guns NOW! AND GET THIS! In New York:

    –“John Doe, an upstanding professional with no outstanding criminal convictions and no history of violent action received a letter from the Pistol Permit Department informing him that his license was immediately revoked upon information that he was seeing a therapist for anxiety and had been prescribed an anxiety drug. He was never suicidal, never violent, and has no criminal history. The New York State Department of Health is apparently conducting a search of medical records to determine who is being treated for anxiety drugs and using this as a basis for handgun license revocation.”
    Those are the facts. Nothing more, nothing less. Now, before anyone trots out the old saw about how this is nothing more then a paranoid, unsubstantiated rumor on a “gun nuts” internet forum, I spoke to the Attorney of Record in this matter on the phone this morning and he confirmed that the above snippet is accurate and these cases are happening! SEE THERE!! I TOLD YOU ALL NEVER GET A PISTOL LICENSE! Here is the easiest thing to do: STAY the *** out of the Dr’s office. Buy OTC sleeping aids and use pot for depression. It is on.
    […]
    [Totally agree re staying out of Drs. offices. If you need a sleep aid, try the herbal formula “Deep Sleep” by “Herbs Etc.” For depression, the brain simply needs more “brain nutrients,” B-Vitamins, etc. Eat more Molasses, it’s full of B-Vitamins, etc.]

    Beyond Social Security, it is critical to avoid those online ‘health surveys’ your insurance company wants, to avoid giving your Social Security number to your insurance company, to ‘opt out’ of any Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) your health care provider joins, and to avoid the Mental Health benefits under Obamacare. Why? Anything you say can and will be held against you at some point. Disclose suicidal thoughts – then be ready to turn in your guns. Disclose any prior illness – then don’t bother trying to collect any insurance money. Fail to disclose a prior illness – go to jail or lose your health benefits.

    [Good advice! I’ve been saying for years to avoid ALL surveys, even the stupid shopping ones they used to send via snail mail in the 1990’s. But especially now, reject any/all surveys & profiling tricks online & off!]

    …Americans will get off their [behinds] when they are made to feel REAL pain and fear. Thus far, they have not. [So true. I’ve said the same to people, ie, they haven’t ever yet “suffered enough” to force them to wake up.] When the lights no longer come on, when the water taps are dry, when the grocery stores are empty, and the gas stations are shut down, then, and ONLY THEN, will you see Americans take to the streets. Right now, the Constitutional usurpations and encroachments we are being subjected to are not deemed serious enough for folks to risk their jobs, their homes, and their way of life yet. Liberals are ********, but they’re SMART ********. This is why they take only small bites of our freedoms at a time. Enough to make a difference and move the agenda, but not big enough to provoke or justify rebellion on OUR part. It’s who we are as a nation I’m afraid. … the point is to get it so everyone has some kind of mental health issue so that in a few years only government robots will be allowed to use a gun. Probably they will make it mandatory that everyone has a mental health check and the information will be loaded into the government data bases.

    My mother was in the hospital a month ago and the case worker asked if there were guns in her home and if she was afraid to go back home. I questioned that one but my mom had already pleaded with me to not cause a scene in the hospital so I kept my questions as low key as possible.

    UPDATE 2/20/17: “BIG BROTHER DOCTORS,” NOSY “MEDICAL ORGS” & the “Anti-Constitution Legal Unit” (ACLU) fought legal battle against a FLORIDA 2011 LAW which told the NOSY DOCTORS to Buzz Off & Butt Out with their Groping-Gun Questions. Sadly, thanks to a Commie-Obama-appointed Libtard Cuban Judge, FLORIDA LOST & the NOSY DOCTORS WON.

    Read about that 11th Circuit Court of Appeals case here:

    2/20/17: “Court rules that Florida doctors can ask patients about guns and gun safety”:
    https://fellowshipoftheminds.com/2017/02/20/court-rules-that-florida-doctors-can-ask-patients-about-guns-and-gun-safety/

    ~~~
    My 2-cents:
    “There was no evidence whatsoever before the Florida Legislature that any doctors or medical professionals have taken away patients’ firearms…” (Cubano Obamo Judge)
    That is SO TOTALLY NOT even the point. Libtard brains are so twisted. The point is one of privacy, as in, It’s None of Your Business. Plus, it’s IRRELEVANT. If I go to the doctor with a gaping gunshot wound, THEN you can ask about guns. Otherwise, it makes no sense whatsoever except as More Buttinsky Nosy Prying Govt. (via their “Medical Representatives” in this case).
    Why not ask patients:
    Do you have a car? It’s a lethal weapon if used improprerly. Do you park it safely? How often do you have it maintained, oil changed, brakes aligned? How often do you check your tires’ air pressure? Did you ever take driver training? Do you wear glasses when driving? Can you see well driving at night? Do you ever go over the speed limit?
    Do you use a lawn mower? Gas or electric? Lawnmowers can be dangerous, you know.
    Do you ever walk in the yard barefoot? You could step on a rusty nail & get lockjaw!
    Do you ever put your hand in the garbage disposal? That could be dangerous if you forget to turn it off first!
    Etc. Etc. You get my drift. What’s NEXT on the Nosy “Nanny State” Agenda? Pathetic.
    The fact it was DOCTORS & other “medical orgs” which attacked the original 2011 law is a total turn-off. Are most doctors libtards these days? (Probably yes > the younger, freshly-brainwashed ones.)
    It’s the ongoing “Demonizing of Personal Privacy & Integrity.” Like “White Guilt,” this game is called “Privacy Guilt” > making normal people-who-value-privacy seem nutty, hostile, etc.
    It’s also a game of PROFILING disguised as “Medical Concern re Gun Safety.” SMH!
    Dear @POTUS @realDonald Trump: Hurry up & fire all Libtard Judges! :) Thank you & keep up the good work done so far!
    All the best to the new President & his family & staff! MAGA!
